Because the dishwasher did not work we would have appreciated dish towels or dish rack. Usually there are a few food itmes to "start you off" - tea bags,salt and pepper, instant coffee etc. that previous guests have left behind. This is always very helpful after a long journey. These were not present and so we had to go shopping immediately. The bed was excellent. We particularly enjoyed eating on the terrace and watching a full moon rise over the rooftops of Madrid. Un seul reproche au niveau de l'équipement, il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine pour préparer les repas: pas de couteau à pain, pas de dessous de plat, pas de torchons à vaisselles, pas de cuillère en bois pour les poëles à revêtement anti adhésif, pas de bol ou mug et enfin manque un store pour la petite chambre. Die Kontakterson war sehr freundlich+püntklich und es hat auf Anhieb alles funktioniert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal- man kann innerhalb weniger Minuten alles erreichen und auch die Metro- und Busanbindungen sind quasi vor der Haustür. Von der Ausstattung her kann man auch nicht viel beanstanden- vllt. wäre aber noch ein wenig mehr Besteck,Gläser (große Tassen) von Vorteil. Und im größeren Badezimmer hat eine Toilettenbürste gefehlt. Sonst war aber alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. | Contact: Situation: Cleaning: Price: Equipment: Die Wirtin ist korrekt, freundlich und sehr nett. Sie ist Deutsche und spricht deutsch und spanisch. Sie hat viele gute und nützliche Tipps und ist immer zum Plaudern aufgelegt. Sehr familiäre und nette, herzliche Atmosphäre. Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und perfekt für die Orientierung. Perfekt für Individualisten. Die Wohnung selbst ist insgesamt eher eng und nicht sehr hell, ohne jeden Luxus, zudem sehr hellhörig. Es gibt nur ein Bad mit Toilette, bei bis zu max. vier Personen in vier Zimmern (incl. Wirtin)kann es da evtl. zu Engpässen kommen. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber sauber und ordentlich. Wer sich nicht viel auf dem Zimmer aufhalten will sondern die Stadt erkunden will, hat hier die perfekte und sichere Basis-Station. "Anonym, Deutschland" (2011) |
