Description: This small apartment (30 m²), ideal for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4 people, is very special because of its 2 big, private terraces exclusively for the guests, one of 30 m² with view to the Sagrada Familia and the other of 20 m². The apartment is located between the two terraces and has two spaces, connected by an corridor, which can be closed with a sliding door. One of the spaces is a kind of living room with two single beds which can be used as sofas or "chaises longues" (see photos). The access from this space is to the terrace of 30 m². The kitchen, a double sofa bed and a table and 4 chairs are in the other space with access to the other terrace. The bathroom with shower is in the corridor between the two spaces. This lodging is a good choice for those who are looking for a centric and quiet apartment with terrace. Parking very close to the accommodation (C/ Torrent de L'Olla).
Situation: City centre - Gracia area (Torrent de L'Olla street). The apartment is situated in the Gracia quarter, very close to the Avinguda Diagonal and the Passeig de Gràcia (5 minutes by walk), one of the most important avenues of the city, where you will find a lot of fashion shops and designer boutiques with all the famous international brands. The double bed and the two single beds are independant, separated by a wall and open to the the downstairs floor with railings and curtains (view photos). On the lower floor a large living/dining area with 3 double sofa beds, a dining table and chairs for 6 people, kitchen and a large bathroom with bathtub. The living/dining space with 60 m² has two areas: a relaxing area with a double sofa bed and a table and the other with 2 double sofa beds, table, two armchairs and doors to the two balconies with view to a square and the port. The apartment is situated in a typical building of the Born quarter with a modern decoration with nice colours and conserves the original wooden beams. The terrace is spectacular for it's large space and great views over a part of the city of Barcelona. On the terrace you can sunbathe or enjoy lunch and dinner in the open air. The access to the terrace is not directly from the apartment, it's from the staircase. The apartment is situated on the last floor of the building and just in front of the apartment door (about 2 metres) is the door to the terrace. There is no other apartment on this staircase. Parking very close to the apartment (Bruc street).
