Description: The modern and cosy room is situated on the first floor in a nice building with four floors painted in warm colours. The room with wooden floor has 1 big double bed, a private bathroom with shower ensuite and a window. Parking very close to the apartment (Plaza de Pau Vila).
Location: Barcelona beach - Barceloneta area (Sant Miquel street). Barceloneta is part of the Ciutat Vella (old part) district and one of the oldest quarters of Barcelona. It's a picturesque and friendly quarter with generally narrow streets and buildings of 3 or 4 floors and in the centre of the quarter there is a big market place with a market hall. It's an ideal quarter for those who wants to be close to the beaches (5 minutes from the lodging) but close too to the other places of interest of the city (the Gothic Quarter with the Cathedral and the Borne quarter are only 10 minutes by walk away). Barcelona, a city of Mediterranean character, has 4 km of beaches with golden sand and a wonderful "Paseo Marítimo" where you will find "chiringuitos" (restaurants) and can enjoy the mediterranean kitchen next to the sea. In the streets and lanes of Barceloneta you will discover typical restaurants and some of the best "Tapa" bars of Barcelona. Only 300 meters from the accommodation is a metro station Barceloneta (line L4), which takes you to the rest of the tourist attractions of Barcelona.

Description: This accommodation is situated in a typical Eixample quarter building with high ceilings and long corridors. It has a nice decoration with warm coulors and original floors. The Bed & Breakfast accommodation offers 3 rooms which only can be reserved together. There is a single room, a double room (with double bed) and the third room has 4 stock beds (with a capacity for 8 people). Besides the rooms, the guests can use the living/dining room, the kitchen and the bathroom . It is a complete bathroom with bathtub. The living/dining room, the kitchen and the bathroom are shared with the host of the accommodation, which has his own room in the lodging. The living/dining room, the double room and the room with the stock beds have balconies with nice views to the Gran Via street. Please note, that the breakfast (continental and self-service) is included in the price and the kitchen can be used by the guests for preparing their meals. A reservation for this lodging can only be made for one group, that means that there are no other guests. Parking very close to the lodging (Calle Entença).

If you take the bus from the airport you have a busstop at the Plaza España, which is 5 minutes by walk from the lodging or if you take the train to Sants Station about 15 minutes by walk.

Description: This room (36 m²) is situated on a ground floor in an apartment on the first floor in a typical building of the Gothic Quarter. It has an independent access but there is also an access from the apartment. It has its own bathroom and kitchen, like a studio. The accommodation has two spacious areas separated by an open wall. One space is the kitchen/dining room with table and chairs and the other the bedroom/living room with a double bed and a sofa bed (de 1,20 m). There is an access from the bedroom/living room to a nice patio, for private use of this lodging, which has a table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower. The lodging is located on a ground floor but looks to a backyard and not to the street and 10 stairs leads up to the entrance. It is very quiet and cosy with a rustic style. A curiosity is the kitchen sink, it is an original kitchen sink made of stone (one piece). Parking close to the lodging (Las Ramblas).
Location: City center - Ciutat Vella area/ Barrio Gótico (C/ Nou de Sant Francesc). The room has two armchairs and a desk with a chair and a big window with a small balcony with view to a nice terrace. Rooms of shared use: kitchen (can only be used for preparing breakfast), living room, dining room and terraces. The room is locatede in a spacious accommodation (160 m²) and with high ceilings. The owner is a restorer and therefore most of the furniture of the lodging is antique furniture. The accommodation has a large terrace on the same floor and another big terrace on an upper floor. The access to the terraces is from the living room. IMPORTANT NOTE: The apartment has no central heating. The room has an electric radiator but in winter (november to march) it is cold. We offer this room for winter too because it is really unique and very special. Parking close to the lodging (Las Ramblas).

Situation: City centre - Eixample esquerra area (Avinguda de Roma street). This lodging is situated in the residential area of the Eixample Esquerra with all kind of shops and cibercafes. Within walking distance from the accommodation are some of the most interesting places of Barcelona like the Passeig de Gracia with La Pedrera by Gaudí, Las Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter, El Raval and the Plaza de España with the trade fair centre of Barcelona (Fira) and the Montjuic mountain with its magic fountain. To get quickly to other important places of the city like the Sagrada Familia or the Barcelona beaches you can take the metro, the line 1 (L1) very close to the accommodation (5 min. by walk) and several buslines. And there is also a busstop for the airport bus in the Gran Vía with Comte d'Urgell street (name of the busstop: Urgell) which is only 5 minutes by walk away from the accommodation Roma-1.
