Comfortable apartment of 90m² with 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 triple with single beds), large dining/ living room with 2 double sofa beds, kitchen and bathroom. It is a quiet apartment because of its situation, it looks to the back part of the building to an interior patio. The apartment is situated on the 6th floor (there are 7 floors) and therefore has sufficient natural light.

The apartment is situated very close to the Plaza Catalunya, the very centre of Barcelona. From BALMES-V you can visit a lot of places of interest by walk: Las Ramblas,  Gothic Quarter,  Borne,  Picasso museum, MACBA, CCCB, Paseo de Gràcia with La Pedrera and the casa Batlló by Gaudí, Avenida Diagonal, Port... And it is very well connected for visiting other places of the city by metro or bus. In a short time you will get to places like  the Sagrada Familia, the fairground of Barcelona (Fira), Montjuïc or the beaches of the city.  The bus stop for the bus from the airport (BCN, El Prat) and the train station with a direct train to the airport are only a few minutes from the apartment. And arriving from other airports or by train it is easy to reach the lodging by metro.

Check in: From 12:00 h. From 12:00 you will be able to leave your baggage, to pay the balance, to give the refundable deposit and to have the keys, but the lodging can't be occupied until 14:30 h.

Minimum stay: 3 nights.
