Fantastic apartment (duplex,  70 m²) with balcony. The lower unit consists of a living/dining room (with table and chairs for 6 and a double sofa bed), 1 double room with 2 double beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower, a well equipped open kitchen and an extra toilet. On the upper unit is a triple room (with a double bed and a single bed) open to the downstairs living room. The apartment has parquet floors and a modern decoration with soft colours, and cable TV with international and national channels. Parking very close to the apartment (Passeig de Colom).

The apartment is situated in the Born quarter, next to one of  the most important Catalan Gothic buildings: the church of Santa Maria del Mar. Very close to the church is the Montcada street, full of old palaces, which are now mostly museums (Picasso museum, Textil museum...). Very close too is the Palau de la Música, a modernisme building with beautiful mosaics, sculptures and stained glass. The Born is an interesting, trendy and animated quarter with its fashion stores, art galleries, nice cocktail bars and the typical old or modern restaurants. Within only a 10 minutes walk from the apartment you will be at the Ramblas and in less than 5 minutes at the Gothic Quarter and the Cathedral. Only 4 minutes by walk from the lodging is a metro station which connects you with other attractions of Barcelona.

Check in: From 12:00 h. From 12:00 you will be able to leave your baggage, to pay the balance, to give the refundable deposit and to have the keys, but the lodging can't be occupied until 14:30 h.

From Estació del Nord, take the Metro L1 from Arc de Triomf staion to Urquinaona  station, change here to the L4 line to the Jaume I station and from here you can walk to the apartment: going down the  Via Layetana street -> Joan Massana street -> Canvis Nous street -> Canvis Vells street.
Barcelona-Reus airport:  You can take a bus which will take to you to Barcelona city centre (Estació de Sants). From Estació de Sants the best option is to take the metro (L4) to Passeig de Gracia station change here to the L4 line to the Jaume I station and from here you can walk to the apartment: going down the  Via Layetana street -> Joan Massana street -> Canvis Nous street -> Canvis Vells street.
