The Flat Valencia is a created space to enjoy vacations in Valencia and to be able to go to a city with a group of friends, families or business partners. It is a house (building) with 350 m², which can accommodate up to 20 people with maximum comfort and all this in the historic centre of Valencia. The Flat Valencia is unique, it is a building over 4 floors and a terrace on the top floor in the heart of the City of Valencia. A lodging with comfort and facilities for your holidays, so that you can feel like home, a lodging where each floor has its charm. The Flat Valencia, is especially prepared for a larger group. On the first floor is a spacious living room, on the second floor the kitchen and the dining room, so that there is enough space for all the activities together, not depending on the size of the group. On the third and the fourth floor are 2 spacious bedrooms.The bedroom on the third floor has 2 double beds and 2 single beds, sleeps up to 6. The bedroom on the fourth floor sleeps up to 8 (3 double beds and 3 single beds). With the 3 double sofa-beds in the living room on the first floor, the lodging can accommodate up to 20 people. The accommodation has 2 bathrooms (one on the 1st floor and another on the 3rd floor). And finally, a spiral staircase leads on the 4th floor to a pleasant terrace on the roof, with a comfortable ground of artificial turf.
