Apartment (60 m²) with 2 double bedrooms (one with 2 singe beds and the other with bunk beds), complete bathroom with small bathtub and a spacious living/dining room, which connects with the open kitchen,  with a big corner sofa, table and chairs for 4 people. The living/dining room faces the street and has a big floor-to-ceiling window  with a lot of light.The 2 double rooms are inner rooms and therefore very quiet. The apartment has a modern decoration and a cosy atmosphere. Public parking close to the apartment (Pg de Lluïs Comanys).

City centre - Ciutat Vella area (del Portal Nou street). The apartment is situated in a quiet zone of the Born quarter, very close to the Arc de Triomf, the Ciutadella Park and the bus station for the Girona-Barcelona airport. In the neighborhood of the flat you will find charming small bars, restaurants and all kind of shops.The Picasso museum and one of the most the most important Catalan Gothic buildings: the church of Santa Maria del Mar are within 10 minutes walking distance.  The Borne is one of the oldest quarters and most of its buildings have been restored conserving the historic facades of the ancient gothic quarter. In its streets and cobbled side streets you will find lots of designer shops, bars and exclusive and fashionable restaurants and art galleries. And not to forget the excellent situation of the flat. From here you can visit easily by walk other attractions of Barcelona like the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas and the beaches of Barcelona.  And if you want to get to other important places of the city more quickly, you can take the metro station Arc de Triomf, the red line (L1), which is next to the apartment ( 8 minutes by walk).
