Room (14 m²) with double bed and complete bathroom (outside of the room), exclusively for the guests of this room. The room has two armchairs and a desk with a chair and a big window with a small balcony with view to a nice terrace. Rooms of shared use: kitchen (can only be used for preparing breakfast), living room, dining room and terraces. The room is locatede in a spacious accommodation (160 m²) and with high ceilings. The owner is a restorer and therefore most of the furniture of the lodging is antique furniture. The accommodation has a large terrace on the same floor and another big terrace on an upper floor. The access to the terraces is from the living room. IMPORTANT NOTE: The apartment has no central heating. The room has an electric radiator but in winter (november to march) it is cold. We offer this room for winter too because it is really unique and very special. Parking close to the lodging (Las Ramblas). |

City center - Ciutat Vella area/ Barrio Gótico (C/ Nou de Sant Francesc). This room is situated in the Gothic Quarter, next to the Ramblas and very close to the monument of Colon, the "Port Vell" (old port of Barcelona, nowadays the sports port), the Cathedral, the Call (the Jewish Quarter) and the Borne quarter. This area is full of historical spots, narrow streets and all kind of interesting shops and restaurants and bars where you will always find a place for a nice drink or some tapas and enjoy the city of Barcelona. The situation of the flat is also very good for a walk to the beaches of Barcelona and meanwhile discovering the Barceloneta quarter.

Check in: From 12:00 h. From 12:00 you will be able to leave your baggage, to pay the balance, to give the refundable deposit and to have the keys, but the lodging can't be occupied until 14:30 h.

Barcelona-El Prat airport: Bus (AEROBUS). The bus stop for this lodging is Plaça Catalunya. From Plaça Catalunya take the metro L3 to Drassanes station and from here you can walk to the apartment: Las Ramblas -> Carrer Josep Anselm Clavé -> Carrer Nou de Sant Francesc.
Barcelona-Girona airport: You can take a bus which will take to you to Barcelona city centre (Estació del Nord). From Estació del Nord, take the Metro L1 from Arc de Triomf station to Plaza Catalunya station, change here to the L3 line to the Drassanes station and from here you can walk to the apartment: Las Ramblas -> Carrer Josep Anselm Clavé -> Carrer Nou de Sant Francesc.
Barcelona-Reus airport: You can take a bus which will take to you to Barcelona city centre (Estació de Sants). From Estació de Sants the best option is to take the metro (L3) to Drassanes station and from here you can walk to the apartment: Las Ramblas -> Carrer Josep Anselm Clavé -> Carrer Nou de Sant Francesc.
