Apartment of 65 m²  with 2 double rooms (with double beds), living-dining room with 1 double sofa bed, open kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. The apartment, which has double glazed windows and elevator, is located in a  building recently restored, conserving the orginal façade. The entrance, the stairs and the apartments are completely new, as well as the furniture. Parking very close to the lodging (Av. Francesc Cambó).

The apartment is situated close to the Via Layetan and the market of Santa Caterina, and close as well to the Gothic Quarter, the Born, Las Ramblas, Gran Via, Passeig de Gràcia and the Plaza Catalunya, the very center of Barcelona. From here you can walk or take the metro to the Barceloneta quarter and the beaches of Barcelona. And another reference point is the Palau de la Música Catalana, one of the emblematic building of modernisme, only 2 streets away.  In the area you will find all kind of shops and the charm of the Gothic Quarter with its narrow streets, buildings and museums. Close to the lodging is the metro station Jaume I, line L4 (5 min. by walk) and another metro station Urquinaona, line L1.

Check in: From 12:00 h. From 12:00 you will be able to leave your baggage, to pay the balance, to give the refundable deposit and to have the keys, but the lodging can't be occupied until 14:30 h.

Minimum stay: 3 nights.

Payment method: 20% in advance by credit card (VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX), V PAY or by bank transfer. The balance in cash on arrival.
Refundable deposit: 100 Euros. In cash. For a monthly stay 200 Euros and for each additional month 100 Euro more. The refundable deposit has to be handed on arrival and will be refunded on departure if no incidences exist.
Age restrictions: Only adults over 18 years old or children accompanied.
Children: Children under 3 years are free.
The supplies (electricity, gas and water): are included in the price.
