There is an access to a large patio from the living/dining room and the double room. The apartment is bright and sunny, and recently renovated. A good choice for groups up to 5 people. The double bedroom and the living/dining room have air conditioning and TV. The dining room has a table and chairs for 5 people. Gràcia quarter - Parc Güell zone (Bolivar street). The apartment is situated next to the Parc Güell - one of the famous works by Gaudi - in the Gracia quarter and next to the Sarrià-Sant Gervasi district . It is a quiet zone, very good connected by public transport with the city centre with buses (lines number 22, 28 and 92 a busstop just opposite of the building) and two metro stations, line 3 Lesseps and Vallcarca, 5 minutes away from the apartment. Within 15 minutes by metro you will be in the center of Barcelona, at the Plaça Catalunya, which connects with the Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter and the Paseo de Gracia. Within 10 minutes walking distance are the cinemas Verdi in Gracia with movies in its original versions. The metro line L3 (green line) connects directly (without changing lines and within 20 minutes) with the Plaça España and the trade fair centre of Barcelona (FIRA Barcelona) at the Montjuïc mountain.
