Apartment (100 m²) with 3 double rooms (one with a double bed and the others two with single beds and one of this rooms with an additional single sofa bed), 2 bathrooms with shower, large living/dining room with a double sofa bed and an additional single bed, american style kitchen and a lovely roof terrace which is shared with the guests of the apartment MIRÓ-3. The terrace is on the 5th floor of the buidling and is decorated with plants and has deck chairs, tables and chairs. There is also a laundry (washing machine and dryer) on the terrace for the guests. The apartment is furnished in personal style and has hand made paintings inspired by the famous Catalan painter Joan Miró. The apartments "MIRÓ-3 y MIRÓ-4" are situated in the same building and is a perfect accommodation for several families or groups. Parking close to the apartments (Passeig de Colom). |

This apartment is situated next to the Barceloneta quarter in a quiet area del Born quarter, 5 minutes by walk from the Port Vell (old port) and 10 minutes by walk from the Barceloneta beach. From the lodging the walking distance to the Cathedral in the Gothic Quarter is 12 minutes and to the Ramblas with the Colombus monument 15 minutes. It is easy to get to other Barcelona attractions and the closest metro station is Barceloneta, the line L4 ( 5 min.). The train station "Franēa" and the Ciutadela Park are next to the apartment. A perfect location because the area is quiet, very near the culture attractions, the night life, the restaurants and the beach.
