Excellent apartment on a ground floor (78 m²) with 2 double rooms (each with double beds), 2 bathrooms with shower (the bathrooms are ensuite), and living room with open kitchen. The living room has a double sofa bed, table and chairs for 6 people, DVD and 32’ plasma TV ". The apartment has wooden floors and double glazed windows to the street in the bedrooms and in the living room, that's why it has a lot of natural light . Parking close to the apartment (de la Batalla de Belchite street).

City centre - District: Arganzuela. The apartment is located in the Arganzuela district, in the Delicias quarter, in a new zone with a park opposite of the apartment. Because of the excellent situation, close to the historic center and the heart of the city and more concret, close to the places of interest like the  Atocha station, the Retiro Park, the Museo del Ferrocarril or the Prado Museum, makes this area an interesting place for its combination of a quiet quarter and good connections (next to the apartment you will find the metro station Delicias, line 3 and  very close too the Arganzuela-Planetario station and several bus lines). The Delicias quarter offers all kind of shops, typical madrilenian shops and  a lot of traditional "tapa" restaurants. A good option for families and for those who wants to stay in a quiet place.
