Apartment duplex, 60 m², with a big terrace of 20 m². The downstairs floor has 1 room with a double bed,  terrace, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Upstairs (without air conditioning) there is a room with a king size bed and balcony, 1 living room with a single bed and single sofa bed (it opens directly upon the floor, but has an additonal mattress with a size of 1,35 m), kitchen (in the living room) and bathroohm with bathtub. The access to the terrace, which is only for the private use of the clients, is from the room downstairs. This accommodation is an offer of the two apartments CAMP-A and CAMP-B together which are normally completely independent, but can be united in one duplex apartment with an access from the entrance hall.  Parking close to the apartment (Sant Quintí street).

This apartment is situated in the Camp de l'Arpa quarter, next to the Eixample Dreta and 10 minutos by walk to the Sagrada Familia. The Camp de l'Arpa is a residential quarter where you can find all kind of shops. The closest metro station (5 minutes by walk) is Hospital de Sant Pau the L5 line, but very close too there is the Encants station line L2 (8 minutes) and the Clot station line  L1 (10 min.). Form the lodging you will be in the centre of Barcelona (Plaza de Catalunya) and the Gothic quarter by metro within 20 minutes. This apartment is ideal for those who are looking for an economical apartment which has a good connection with the centre of Barcelona. As an additional information the famous flea market of Barcelona, Los Encantes, an open-air market with antiques and second hand objects, is very close.

Conditions for this lodging:

Check in: The check-in for this lodging is from Monday to Friday from 16:00 pm and weekends and holidyas after 12:00 pm. From 12:00 you will be able to leave your baggage, to pay the balance, to give the refundable deposit and to have the keys, but the lodging can't be occupied until 14:30 h.
Check out: untill 11:00 h.
Check in place: at the lodging.
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Pets: Are allowed with an extra charge of Euros 10,00 per pet for the whole stay.
Rental conditions: This lodging is rented according to Spanish law and a specific contract.
Payment method: 25% in advance by credit card (VISA, MASTER CARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS), V PAY or by bank transfer. The balance in cash on arrival.
Refundable deposit: 200 Euros. In cash. The refundable deposit has to be handed on arrival and will be refunded on departure if no incidences exist.
