This lodging with high ceilings is situated in a former factory, which has been converted into a flat by an artist (painter) who lives and works there. The accommodation, with a private space of 50 m² for the guests, has a living room with a single bed and a single sofa bed, a double bed on an upper space with access from the living room by a staircase, and a bathroom with shower. The big kitchen is of shared use. Parking close to the accommodation (Avinguda de la Catedral).

COMMENTS: It has electric heating but during very cold days an additional gas heater is offered.
