Nice studio of 30 m² with a lot of daylight which has a double bed, balcony,  kitchenette and 1 bathroom with shower. The apartment is situated in an typical building of the Gothic Quarter. The apartment and the building have been recently renovated. The modern and nice decoration of the apartment combines perfectly with the antique style of the building. The entrance to the apartment is from the Ripoll street, but the apartment and its main façade go to the Plaza dels Peixos (de los Peces). As an additional information, on the ground floor of the building there is a pharmacy which is the oldest of the city. Parking very close to the apartment (Avinguda de la Catedral). Comment: There is a parking much closer, but for the day of the arrival it is easier to get to the Av. de la Catedral.

The apartment is located in a quiet zone of the Gothic Quarter but very close to the Ramblas. The Gothic Quarter is like a labyrinth of streets, side alleys and squares full of life and it presents the medieval history of the city. Going for a walk in the Gothic Quarter is an unforgettable experience because of the beauty of the gothic architecture. The cathedral of Barcelona, the churches Santa María del Mar and Santa María del Pi, the Plaza del Rei with the Salón del Tinell, the Call (the Jewish Quarter), the Picasso museum and a lot of other buildings. You will find old restaurants and famous bars from former times, but as well restaurants and bars in a modern style. Next to fashion shops are craft shops and antique shops. Close to the apartment are 3 metro lines which take you quickly to other places of interest of Barcelona. If you want to make a reservation for a group, please note that the apartments GOTIC, GOTIC RIBERA, GOTIC BARCELONETA, GOTIC BORN and GOTIC PORT VELL are in the same building as the GOTIC RAVAL flat.
