Apartment of 70 m² with 2 double rooms (both with double beds), living/dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower) and a small terrace. This apartment is a bit like going back in time, because it is decorated in the style of the seventies, but don't worry, it is in good condition. Because of its 2 bathrooms, it is ideal for two couples or a couple with children. The apartment disposes of a private parking place in the same building, which can be reserved under request. The building has 2 elevators and a doorman.

This apartment is excellent situated because it is close to all the city`s places of interest.  From the lodging you can walk to the Las Ramblas,  the Gothic Quarter, the Passeig de Gracia with La Pedrera by Gaudí, museums and cultural centres (MACBA, CCCB, Fundación Tàpies...), to the trade fair of Barcelona at the Plaza de Espanya (Fira) and the magic fountain of the Montjuïc. Less than 5 minutes by walk you have a metro station and bus stops which connect Barcelona with the airport El Prat (BCN). In the Eixample Esquerra district you will find a lot of buildings of a modernist style and interesting restaurants and bars. It's a mixed district, that means residential zones, business areas and some areas with night life. Around the lodging are all kind of shops (supermarkets, bakeries,internet café...).

Check in: From 12:00 h. From 12:00 you will be able to leave your baggage, to pay the balance, to give the refundable deposit and to have the keys, but the lodging can't be occupied until 14:30 h.

Barcelona-Girona airport: You can take a bus that will take to you to Barcelona city centre (Estació del Nord). From Estació del Nord, take the Metro L1 to Urgell station and from there you can walk to the lodging.
Barcelona-Reus airport:  You can take a bus that will take to you to Barcelona city centre (Estació de Sants). From Estació de Sants the best option is to take the metro (L3) to Plaza Espanya station, transfer to L1 to Urgell station and from there you can walk.
