The accommodation is situated in the heart of the old quarter of Barcelona, less than 5 minutes by walk from the Ramblas and the Gothic quarter and very close to the Gran Teatro del Liceu (Opera). From here you can walk to some of the most interesting places in Barcelona like the Born, the beaches, the Passeig de Gràcia with La Pedrera by Gaudí and the Plaza de Espanya with the trade fair centre (Fira de Barcelona). Very close too you will find the funicular station which leads you to the Montjuic mountain and to the cable car for the castle on the top of the mountain or you can go down from there to the port of Barcelona. The closest metro station is Liceu line L3 (less than minutes by walk).The street where the room is situated connects with the Ramblas and has two names: the first part is called "de la Unió" and the second part "Marqués de Barberá".
