The terrace is spectacular for it's large space and great views over a part of the city of Barcelona. On the terrace you can sunbathe or enjoy lunch and dinner in the open air. The access to the terrace is not directly from the apartment, it's from the staircase. The apartment is situated on the last floor of the building and just in front of the apartment door (about 2 metres) is the door to the terrace. There is no other apartment on this staircase. The situation of the apartment is excellent.
