Apartment of 75 m² with a private patio of 20 m² exclusively for the guests, 2 double rooms (both with double beds), 1 single room, dining room, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment conserves the original floor and a rustic and cosy  style. In the patio you will enjoy open air candle light dinners or quiet evenings. We want mention that one of the 2 double rooms is a small room,  but it has 2 doors, one of them is a sliding door.

The apartment is situated in the very heart of the  Gracia quarter, an old and lively quarter where a lot of artists and caftsmen live. Gracia has a great and interesting offer of restaurans, bars and little designer shops. Close to the loding you will find al what you need for your stay: groceries, internet cafés, bakeries, etc. A lot of interesting places of Barcelona are within walking distance and with the L3 metro line, which is close to the apartment,  you will be within a few minutes at the Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter, the Born, the port and at other interesting places. One of the most important building of the city, La Pedrera by Gaudí, is only 15 minutes by walk from the lodging.

Conditions for this lodging:

Check in: From 12:00 h. From 12:00 you will be able to leave your baggage, to pay the balance, to give the refundable deposit and to have the keys, but the lodging can't be occupied until 14:30 h.
Check out: untill 11:00 h.
Check in place: at the lodging.
Minimum stay: 3 nights.

Pets: Are not allowed.
Rental conditions: This lodging is rented according to Barcelona tourist guidelines.

Barcelona-Girona airport: You can take a bus which will take to you to Barcelona city centre (Estació del Nord). From Estació del Nord, take the Metro L1 to Catalunya station, change there to metro L3 to Fontana station and from here you can walk to the lodging: Carrer de Asturias -> Carrer de Topazi.
