Beaches of Barcelona - Poblenou area . The apartment is situated in the Poblenou quarter, less than 5 minutes by walk from the Barcelona beaches. It is ideal for those who want to enjoy the close beaches and the city.  To the major places of interest (Las Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter, the Born, Passeig de Gràcia with La Pedrera by Gaudí,  Sagrada Familia,  Plaza de Espanya, the fairground of Barcelona and the Montjuïc mountain) it's about half an hour in metro from the flat. Poblenou is a very special quarter with a mixture of the traditional and the modern style: High technologie companies and new shopping centres with residential zones from former times. The apartment is located in a quiet and residential area, where you can find all kind of shops and some typical restaurants and tapa bars in a friendly neighborhood atmosphere.

Check in: From 12:00 h. From 12:00 you will be able to leave your baggage, to pay the balance, to give the refundable deposit and to have the keys, but the lodging can't be occupied until 14:30 h.
