Apartment (50 m²) with 2 double rooms (each with 1 double bed), living/dining room with kitchen, gallery and large bathroom with shower. The apartment is situated in a nice building typical of the area. The living/dining room is furnished with a double sofa bed, a table, 4 chairs and a plasma TV. The apartment doesn't look to the street, it looks on to a big courtyard (patio) and is therefore very quiet. The living/dining room with the gallery has a lot of daylight and is very cosy. Parking close to the lodging (Avenida Mistral).

The quarter where this apartment is situated, the Eixample Sant Antoni, is the area of the Eixample Esquerra between the Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes and the Avinguda del Paral·lel.  The centric apartment is perfect for visitors of the trade fair of Barcelona or for a congress in the Avenida Reina María Cristina and who want as well to be close to the old part of the city.The fairground of Barcelona at the Plaza Espanya and the Montjuïc mountain with its magic fountain are only 5 minutes walk away. Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya and the Gothic Quarter are within 20 minutes walking distance and 5 minutes by metro away. To other Barcelona places of interest you will get easily and fast, because of the metro station Espanya, the lines L1 and L3, very close to the accommodation. In the area aorund the lodging are all kind of shop and restaurants.The area is residential and quiet, perfect also for families who want to visit all the important places of interest of Barcelona. The Plaza Espanya has a busstop for the airport bus and with this bus you will arrive from the airport or get to the airport within more or less 20 minutes.
