Design apartment (50 m²) one double room with two single beds and complete bathroom with bathtub, a spacious living/dining room with a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs for 4, armchair, coffe table and fully equipped open kitchen. It is a bright and tranquil apartment,  with restored wood-ceiling, originally stone walls and parquet floor and with a double balcony which looks to the street. The building has been restored and conserves the original façade of the Born quarter. Public parking close to the apartment (Comerç street).

City centre - Zone Ciutat Vella (del Rec street). The apartment is situated in the Born quarter, next to the Passeig del Born and very close to the Picasso museum and one of the most the most important Catalan Gothic buildings: the church of Santa Maria del Mar. The Borne is one of the oldest quarters and its buildings have been restored conserving the historic facades of the ancient gothic quarter. In its streets and cobbled side streets you will find lots of designer shops, bars and exclusive and fashionable restaurants and art galleries. And not to forget the excellent situation of the flat. From here you can visit easily by walk other attractions of Barcelona like the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, the Ciutadella park and the beaches of Barcelona.  And if you want to get to other important places of the city more quickly, you can take the metro Sant Jaume station, the yellow line (L4), which is next to the apartment ( 10 minutes by walk).

Conditions for this lodging:

Check in: From 12:00 h. From 12:00 you will be able to leave your baggage, to pay the balance, to give the refundable deposit and to have the keys, but the lodging can't be occupied until 14:30 h.

Minimum stay: 3 nights.

Barcelona-Girona airport: You can take a bus which will take to you to Barcelona city centre (Estació del Nord). From Estació del Nord, take the Metro L1 from Arc de Triomf station to Urquinaona  station, change here to the L4 line to the Jaume I station and from here you can walk to the apartment: ->  Princesa street -> del Rec street.
Barcelona-Reus airport:  You can take a bus which will take to you to Barcelona city centre (Estació de Sants). From Estació de Sants the best option is to take the metro (L3) to Passeig de Gracia station change here to the L4 line to the Jaume I station and from here you can walk to the apartment: ->  Princesa street -> del Rec street.
