This small apartment (30 m²), ideal for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4 people, is very special because of its 2 big, private terraces exclusively for the guests, one of 30 m² with view to the Sagrada Familia and the other of 20 m². The apartment is located between the two terraces and has two spaces, connected by an corridor, which can be closed with a sliding door. One of the spaces is a kind of living room with two single beds which can be used as sofas or "chaisses longues" (see photos). The access from this space is to the terrace of 30 m². The kitchen, a double sofa bed and a table and 4 chairs are in the other space with access to the other terrace. The bathroom with shower is in the corridor between the two spaces. This lodging is a good choice for those who are looking for a centric and quiet apartment with terrace. Parking very close to the accommodation (C/ Torrent de L'Olla). |

The apartment is situated in the Gracia quarter, very close to the Avinguda Diagonal and the Passeig de Gràcia (5 minutes by walk), one of the most important avenues of the city, where you will find a lot of fashion shops and designer boutiques with all the famous international brands. Gràcia is an old and lively quarter where a lot of artists and caftsmen live. Gracia has a great and interesting offer of restaurants, bars and little designer shops.
