Apartment (120 m²) with 4 double rooms  (each room  with 2 single beds), an entrance hall, 2 bathrooms with shower, a large corridor and a spacious living/dining room with high ceilings. The living/dining room has 4 sofas, open kitchen and dining table with 12 chairs. The apartment is situated on a ground floor and has a small patio with some daylight. It is ideal for groups who need single beds and this flat has in all 8 single beds. Parking close to the apartment (C/ Poeta Cabanyes).

This apartment is located in an area from where you can walk to the old part of Barcelona (Las Ramblas and  the Gothic Quarter are 10 minutes by walk) as well as to the Montjuļc mountain and the Plaza de Espańa with the trade fair centre of  Barcelona (Fira) and the Congress Palace. To get to other places of interest of Barcelona you can take the metro (the metro station Paral.lel is only 5 minutes by walk from the apartement). With the metro you will get in a few minutes to the Pedrera by Gaudķ on the Passeig de Grącia or to the Sagrada Familia. Check in: From 12:00 h. From 12:00 you will be able to leave your baggage, to pay the balance, to give the refundable deposit and to have the keys, but the lodging can't be occupied until 14:30 h.
