One wall of the room has a mural painting with nice coulours. From the balcony you have a view to the Sagrada Familia. Parking close to the apartment (C/Bonaventura Muñoz).

City centre - Sant Martí zone / El Parc i la Llacuna del Poblenou (C/Wellington). The studio is situated in a quiet zone of the Sant Martí district next to the Ciutat Vella and the Eixample district. Within walking distance are the beaches of the Barceloneta quarter and the Vila Olímpica. The metro station Arc de Triomf with the line  L1 is only 5 minutes by walk from the lodging and this line takes you directly to the Plaza de Catalunya (center) and the trade fair (Fira) of Barcelona at the Plaza de Espanya. Just next  to the apartment is the largest park of the city, the Parc de la Ciutadella, where you can have nice walks enjoying the original buildings, gardens, fountains and ponds and the park includes as well the zoo of Barcelona. The airport bus station from Barcelona-Girona is the Estació del Nord, which is next to the Parc del Nord, only 5 minutes by walk from the accommodation.

Conditions for this lodging:

Check in: From 12:00 h. From 12:00 you will be able to leave your baggage, to pay the balance, to give the refundable deposit and to have the keys, but the lodging can't be occupied until 14:30 h.
