Nice apartment (60 m²) with a large balcony, 2 double bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and the other one with bunk beds), living/dining room with single sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The balcony has a beautiful view to the sports port of Barcelona and the sea, and the access to the balcony is from the dining/living room. The flat has a very nice decoration and is full of warm mediterranean light. The stunning view, the decoration and the light makes this accommodation very special. Parking very close to the apartment (Passeig Joan de Borbó).

Barcelona beach - Zona Barceloneta (Passeig Joan de Borbo). The apartment is situated in Barceloneta on a  tree lined avenue which leads to the beach, and which is one of the nicest avenues of Barcelona. It is a perfect place to stay, close to the beach (5 minutes by walk from the apartment), but also close to other main attractions of the city (the Gothic Quarter with the cathedral and the Borne quarter are within a 10 minutes walking distance). And if you are travelling with children, you will find very close to the accommodation the shopping and leisure center Maremagnum (with the aquarium and the cinemas IMAX, OMNIMAX e IMAX 3D)  and the zoo in the Ciutadella Park. Barcelona, a mediterranean city, has beaches of about 4 kilometers lengths with golden sand and a nice beach promenade with bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the mediterranean kitchen close to the sea. In the narrow streets of Barceloneta you will find typical restaurants and some of the best tapas bars of Barcelona. A metro station is about 500 meters from the apartment (Barceloneta station, the line L4).

Conditions for this lodging:

Check in: From 12:00 h. From 12:00 you will be able to leave your baggage, to pay the balance, to give the refundable deposit and to have the keys, but the lodging can't be occupied until 14:30 h. This lodging doesn't accept check-ins after 23:00h.
Check out: untill 11:00 h.
Check in place: at the lodging.
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
- from 1st July to 31st August: minimum stay 6 nights
- from 21st December to 3rd January: minimum stay 6 nights
Pets: Are not allowed.
Rental conditions: This lodging is rented according to Barcelona tourist guidelines.

Barcelona-Girona airport: You can take a bus which will take to you to Barcelona city centre (Estació del Nord). From Estació del Nord, take the Metro L1 from Arc de Triomf staion to Urquinaona  station, change here to the L4 line to the Barceloneta station and from here you can walk to the apartment
Barcelona-Reus airport:  You can take a bus which will take to you to Barcelona city centre (Estació de Sants). From Estació de Sants the best option is to take the metro (L4) to Passeig de Gracia station change here to the L4 line to the Barceloneta station and from here you can walk to the apartment.
