This modern and cosy studio (25 m²) is situated on the ground floor in a nice building, painted in warm colours, with four floors. The  studio with wooden floor has 1 double bed,  a comfortable single sofa bed, a living/dining area with 2 windows, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Parking very close to the apartment (Plaza de Pau Vila).

Barceloneta is part of the Ciutat Vella (old part) district and one of the oldest quarters of Barcelona. It's a picturesque and friendly quarter with generally narrow streets and buildings of 3 or 4 floors and in the centre of the quarter there is a big market place with a market hall. It's an ideal quarter for those who wants to be close to the beaches (5 minutes from the lodging) but close too to the other places of interest of the city (the Gothic Quarter with the Cathedral and the Borne quarter are only 10 minutes by walk away). Barcelona, a city of Mediterranean character, has 4 km of beaches with golden sand and a wonderful "Paseo Marítimo" where you will find "chiringuitos" (restaurants) and can enjoy the mediterranean kitchen next to the sea. In the streets and lanes of Barceloneta you will discover typical restaurants and some of the best "Tapa" bars of Barcelona. Only 300 meters from the accommodation is a metro station Barceloneta (line L4),  which takes you to the rest of the tourist attractions of Barcelona.

Check in: From 12:00 h. From 12:00 you will be able to leave your baggage, to pay the balance, to give the refundable deposit and to have the keys, but the lodging can't be occupied until 14:30 h.

From Plaça Catalunya take the metro L3 to Passeig de Gràcia station, change here to the L4 line to the Barceloneta station and from here you can walk to the apartment: going down the  Passeig Joan de Borbó -> Ginebra street -> Sant Miquel street.
Barcelona-Girona airport: You can take a bus which will take to you to Barcelona city centre (Estació del Nord). From Estació del Nord, take the Metro L1 from Arc de Triomf staion to Urquinaona  station, change here to the L4 line to the Barceloneta station and from here you can walk to the apartment: going down the  Passeig Joan de Borbó -> Ginebra street -> Sant Miquel street.
Barcelona-Reus airport:  You can take a bus which will take to you to Barcelona city centre (Estació de Sants). From Estació de Sants the best option is to take the metro (L4) to Passeig de Gracia station change here to the L4 line to the Barceloneta station and from here you can walk to the apartment: going down the Passeig Joan de Borbó -> Ginebra street -> Sant Miquel street.
