Modern and cosy apartment (55 m²) with 2 double rooms (1 with double bed and the other with bunk beds), living/dining room with double sofa bed, big bathroom with bathtub and open kitchen. The apartment is located in a building, recently constructed, and has a lot of natural light and a nice view to the Rambla of Raval. A good choice for a tanquil and nice stay in the old quarter of Barcelona for a good price. Parking colse to the lodging (C/ Hospital).

This Barcelona apartment is situated in the old part of the city, in the Raval area, only 5 minutes by walk from the Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. The MACBA (the museum of modern art of Barcelona) and the CCCB, one of the most important cultural centres of the city, are very close to the lodging. Within walking distance are other places of interest like the La Pedrera by Gaudí on the Passeig de Gracia, the Borne quarter, the Picasso museum, the Liceu (Ópera), the Tàpies Foundation, the port and the beaches of Barcelona. Two metro stations (L2 and L3) are very close to the apartment (5 min. by walk) which connect quickly with other interesting places like the trade fair centre of Barcelona (Fira) or the Sagrada Familia. Around the location of the flat you will find all kind of shops, internet cafés, historical bars, "tablaos flamencos" and typical or modern restaurants.

Conditions for this lodging:

Check in: From 12:00 h. From 12:00 you will be able to leave your baggage, to pay the balance, to give the refundable deposit and to have the keys, but the lodging can't be occupied until 14:30 h.
