Within the residential area parking is not a problem on the street outside in front of the house.There are are some restaurants, gims, hairdresser, own communal pools and tennis courts within the residential area and a supermarket, bakery, cafe and a well known restaurant (“El Tros”), with a typical menu, are within 5 minutes walking distance from the house. The beaches of Sitges are 20 minutes or within 10 minutes by car away. The town of Sitges has a lot of bars and restaurants and shops and places to visit. Sitges is well known for the Sitges Carnival, the International Film Festival of Catalonia  and the Vintage Cars' Rally from Barcelona to Sitges. The distance from the house to Barcelona is 35 km and to Tarragana 70 km. The train station is situated in the center of Sitges and you will be within 35 minutes in the center of Barcelona ( Passeig de Gracia).
