The Casa Alaró is a 150 years old rural cottage in Alaró (Mallorca), situated in the centre of the historic part of the town. Alaró has about 4000 inhabitants. The landscape is characterized by pinetrees and extensive olive and almond tree fields with a castle which lies on the Puig d´Alaro hill. To the capital of Mallorca, Palma de Mallorca, it's about 31 km and to the coast (Puerto de Soller) about 30 km.
The 119m² house has 3 levels: ground floor (hall, dining room / kitchen, terrace, patio and bathroom). The access to the bathroom is from the patio. First floor with a double room (with a double bed), and an attic with a double room (with a double sofa bed). The house is completely furnished and holiday equipped and has a nice patio and a terrace exclusivly for the guests. There are two fire places (in the attic and the dining room), air conditioning (hot and cold) in the attic, and two gas stoves and an electric radiator.
